How it has evolved, what it has given
me and how we as World Headquarters
work for serving Toastmasters members worldwide.
Content : In this workshop, I will share with you my personal
journey of over 20 years with Toastmasters
International particularly from the perspective of
running and supporting the world-wide educational
organization. As a part of my presentation, I will run
you through how our organization operates
particularly from the standpoint of maximizing our
support to our members.
I am hopeful that this session will become an
opportunity to familiarize your World Headquarters
with you.
I will answer any question you may have about
Toastmasters education and awarding programs,
organization and its service,worldwide operations
and future directions.

内容：このワークショップで、私は、私の二十数年にわたる国際本部
での勤務の体験とそこから得た学びを紹介します。
とりわけ、世界規模の教育団体の運営と世界中の会員の支援
という視点でお話しします。
会員へのより良いサービスの提供を目指す世界本部の仕組み
についても具体的に紹介します。
このワークショップを通じ、世界本部が、皆さんにとり、一層身近
な存在となることを期待しています。
また、この機会に、皆さんの質問にお答えします。トーストマス
ターズの教育や表彰プログラム、組織やそのサービス、世界
各地での活動や将来の方向など何なりとお尋ねください。

Title: The Current State of Toastmasters International;
A brief review of our organization, its origin, value,
growth and current state as well as our future
Content : In my talk, I plan to run the audience through what
kind of organization they are associated with,
including the important essence of its history, value
and educational programs.
I will also explain some key aspects of the current
strategic plan whose implementation will bring about
various changes in our activities and particularly in our
educational programs under the name of Revitalized
Education Program.
I am sure you will be excited about and welcome the
prospects of new and innovative learning experiences.

内容：この基調講演で、私は聴衆の皆さんが所属しているトーストマス
ターズの組織がどのようなものであるか、説明します。
その組織の歴史、価値観そして教育プログラムの主要なポイント
を説明します。
また、現在実施中の基本計画の主要な内容を説明するとともに、
それらの内容が実施に移されることで生じる各種の変化を説明し
ます。
そして、その一環として、活性化教育プログラムの名称で実施され
る予定の教育プログラムの変更に関して説明します。
皆さまが、新たなそして革新的な教育プログラムが生まれる可能
性を歓迎して下さると期待しています。
