Message from District 76 Governor /District76会長からのご挨拶
Dear Fellow Toastmasters and friends, as the District 76 Governor, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the District 76 Spring Conference in Saitama . The three-day events include International speech contests, key note address, and many workshops. You will learn how Toastmasters truly helps each of us to move towards greatness and in turn take those talents to help others and make our world a better place.
The slogan of the Spring Conference is “ Show Us Your Shine in Saitama” . I believe that all member will show "Your Shine" in Saitama. Toastmasters empowers each of you to achieve your potential, realize your dreams,and thus shine like brilliant stars.
Toastmasters, please check your calendar immediately and block your schedule for Friday, May 16 through Sunday,May 18, 2014. I’m looking forward to meeting you in Saitama soon.

トーストマスターの会員の皆様御友人の皆様、ディストリクト76の会長として、皆さんをこの大会にお迎えすることを喜んでいます。3日間の大会では、国際スピーチコンテスト、基調講演、そして講習（ワークショップ）があります。トーストマスターズの活動がいかにお互いを心から助け合いながら、偉業を達成すること、そして順繰りにその才能がまた、他の方を助け、我々の世界をよりよいところへ導くか、目の当たりに見ることが出来ます。
本大会のスローガンは、”最高の才能を彩の国へ” です。 会員の皆さんが埼玉で皆さんの最高の才能を輝かせることを信じています。トーストマスターズは皆さんそれぞれが皆さんの可能性を輝かせるため、夢に気づくため、夜空に輝く星のように開花するため、にお力添えをします。
会員の皆さん、すぐにカレンダーを確認してこの3日間を確保してください。皆さんに埼玉で合えることを楽しみにしています。

Message from the Chairman of the Conference Preparatory Committee / 大会準備委員長からのご挨拶
Dear Fellow Toastmasters throughout the District 76 and beyond, As Chair of the 2014 District 76 Spring Conference, it is my honor as well as pleasure to extend our invitation to you all to the Annual Event of our District to look over the past year, and I look forward to the coming year and, above all, to enjoying all of you interacting and sparkling with each other.
Under the Slogan of “Show Us Your Shine in Saitama”, we are planning to offer to you a three-day event of shining and enlightenment for all fellow Toastmasters.
The highlight of the event will be the presence of Daniel Rex, our Chief Executive Officer of Toastmasters International, making this a rare opportunity to meet in person the man who is in the center of the Toastmasters activities worldwide.
What do we like you to do now? Please mark and block out Friday, May 16 through Sunday, May 18, 2014, in your schedule and be ready to come and join us in Saitama.

”最高の才能を彩の国へ” のスローガンのもと、3日間の大会を、全ての会員とともに、自ら輝き、輝き合える大会になるよう計画をしています。
大会のハイライトは、ダニエルレックス氏、トーストマスターズ国際本部会長の存在であり、世界で活動しているトーストマスターズの中心にいる方と直接お会いできるというこの貴重な機会を頂ける事になりました。
今、私達はあなたたちに何をして欲しいと思いますか？ 是非2013年5/16-18の3日間、あなたの予定を空けて、埼玉でお会いできるように準備してください。
